Patricia shook her head.

“It's subject to association rules.”

Bell looked back at her.

“That wasn't my question.”

She became defensive.

“I have legal authority.”

Bell sighed.

“Ma'am, I'm not an attorney.”

“I know the law.”

“Then you know trespass and property disputes are civil matters unless there's something else going on.”

Patricia looked at Marcus.

“He's imprisoning me.”

Bell looked at the garage door.

“Can you leave?”

Patricia said nothing.

Bell walked closer.

He looked at the clearance.

“You can drive out.”

“I don't want to damage my car.”

Bell nodded.

“Then don't.”

Marcus almost smiled.

Patricia glared.

“You're taking his side.”

“No.”

Bell turned toward her.

“I'm telling you the same thing I would tell him.”

He pointed toward the SUV.

“Move the vehicle.”

Patricia looked at Marcus.

Marcus said nothing.

“I'm not moving it.”

Bell looked at her.

“Why?”

“Because he lowered the garage door.”

Bell looked at the door.

“It's high enough.”

She shook her head.

“I don't trust him.”

Bell sighed.

“Then call a tow company.”

Patricia's face changed.

“I don't need a tow company.”

“Then drive out.”

She looked around.

Neighbors were watching.

The situation had become embarrassing.

She was no longer in control.

She turned toward Marcus.

“You did this deliberately.”

Marcus looked at her.

“No.”

“Yes.”

“You drove here.”

“You pushed me into this.”

“You drove here.”

She clenched her jaw.

Bell stepped between them.

“Let's keep this calm.”

Patricia pointed at Marcus.

“He's been hostile since I arrived.”

Marcus looked at Bell.

“Officer, the camera recorded everything.”

Bell nodded.

“Good.”

Patricia's eyes narrowed.

“Can I see the footage?”

Marcus shook his head.

“Not without a reason.”

Bell nodded.

“That's his property.”

Patricia looked stunned.

“You're protecting him.”

“No.”

Bell looked at her.

“I've been here six minutes.”

He paused.

“And from what I can see, you're the one who drove the vehicle into the garage.”

Patricia said nothing.

Bell turned toward Marcus.

“Sir, if she moves the vehicle out, are you willing to open the door?”

“Yes.”

“Good.”

Then he turned toward Patricia.

“Move it.”

She hesitated.

Then climbed into the Maybach.

The engine started.

She reversed slowly.

Marcus pressed the garage remote.

The door rose.

Patricia drove out.

The SUV rolled backward into the driveway.

Then she stopped.
